Simon BuckleyManaging director
Simon comes from Welsh brewing dynasty. The 7th generation of Buckley’s to brew within the principality; his family started brewing in 1767. With over 30 years of industry experience, his first foray in the brewing industry was at the family brewery-Buckley’s brewery in Llanelli.
Simon opened Evan Evans in 2004 with one aim in mind; to brewing high quality and innovative brands. Over the past seven years the brewery has evolved to be one of the most successful in Wales, picking up many awards and accolades. Simon leads from the front, developing each of the new ales the company produces with the brewing team. He also runs the award winning pub estate.
Iven KehellerLead technical brewer
Graduating with honours from the prestigious Heriot Watt University Iven started at Evan Evans in 2009. His enthusiasm for his craft is infectious and has assisted the team in gaining many awards and accolades for the brewery.
James BuckleyAssistant brewer
Son of Simon Buckley (MD) brewing is in James’ blood. He has worked in the brewing industry since finishing school in 2007. After a brief time away working in a bottled led brewery he is now back in the family business and currently completing his brewing and distilling course with the IBD.

Dilwyn WilliamsBrewery assistants
Brewery veterans. Andrew has been at the brewery from day one, Dilwyn joining the team a year later. Both are integral cogs in the daily running of the Evan Evans machine from delivering the beer orders to racking beer.
Louisa DaviesOffice Co-Ordinator
Louisa heads up the office side of the brewery. She has worked at Evan Evans since 2005 and is a crucial member of the team, dealing with all the usual office duties as well as the more crucial role of maintaining the day to day relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Jean StoreyPA to Simon
Jean has worked at Evan Evans for a little over two years, in which time she has become an increasingly crucial member of the team, providing administrative support to Simon and the rest of the team.
Louis Halton DaviesMarketing Executive
Louis has recently joined the team as marketing executive. He will head up the new marketing team, and support the brand development programme. Louis is 25, and a native of rural West Wales.
Kerry-Anne GriffithsTelesales & Administration
Kerry joined the team early in 2011 and is in an important team member. She is responsible for customer service and calling our extensive customer base each week.
